A weekly Gathering Place for YSAs in Springville has been established and we ask that you extend a personal invitation to all graduating seniors and all other YSAs in your ward boundary to attend the Gathering Place.
A Gathering Place is a space where young single adults can participate in uplifting activities and experiences that strengthen connections with one another and with the Lord. For now, it consists of Institute classes and a dinner every Thursday night. The Gathering Place is held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on 50 N Main Street in Springville. For more information about gathering places for young single adults please refer to the following website:

Faster Expense Reimbursements
Want to hear a little secret about getting reimbursed for expenses related to your calling? These days, getting a paper check takes time. But if you put in for a reimbursement, you can get reimbursed oh so much more quickly.
The first thing you need to do is simply set up your bank account to accept a direct deposit from the Church.
1. Sign in to your account on ChurchofJesusChrist.org.
2. Go to ChurchofJesusChrist.org/donations and sign into your account.
3. From the Donations menu at the left of the screen, choose Settings.
4. Scroll down to the Expense Reimbursement Account box and select Add Reimbursement Account.
5. Add your preferred bank account type, routing number, and account number.
6. Authorize the change and click Save.
Then when you have something that needs reimbursing you have choices:
Use the LDS Tools app on your phone to submit your receipt. Just be sure to take a picture of the receipt with your phone to load it. Sometimes it won’t go through. Just be patient and if you need to give up on it, don’t worry, you have other options.
Text the Ward Financial Clerk with pictures of your receipts. Be sure to include in the text what the expense was for and which organization’s budget it should come out of.
Stop by the Clerk’s office on Sunday and talk to the Ward Financial Clerk. Be sure to bring copies of the receipts.
